Booking & Payment

● All bookings must be made through our official website.
● The displayed rates do not apply during special events / holidays, Christmas, New Year, peak season, and blackout dates. Additional surcharges may apply.
● Full payment must be completed before the final departure date.
● However, the rates and options for increasing the pax are subject to availability.
● Bookings will only be confirmed upon the receipt of the complete payment as per the booking terms.
● The standard check-in time at the hotel is 14:00-15:00 local time while the check-out time is 11:00-12:00 local time
● Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs
● Seaplane transfer provider imposes a luggage restriction of 20 kg for check-in luggage and 5 kg for hand luggage. Additional luggage will be charged at USD 5.00 per kg.
● Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only (07:00 – 17:30 local time).Guests arriving in Male on an international flight, landing after 15:00, will need to find their overnight accommodation in Male at their own expense. They will be transferred to the resort on the following day.
● Departure transfers from the resort to Velana International Airport are scheduled between 06:00 and 16:00 connecting all international flights leaving from 09:00 onwards. Guests departing from Male on an international flight earlier than 09:00 will need to leave the resort one day before the date of departure to reach the airport on time.
● Upon check-in, the hotel may ask for a security deposit (this amount may vary based on the hotel policy). The funds will be refunded at the time of check-out less any mini-bar items and other charges (Like early check-in or late check-out or any costs related to damages to the room)
● Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the health, passport and visa requirements of the country they are planning to travel to.
● Prices may change due to availability, demand, and government travel regulations.
● The package is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

● The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
● Cancellations 15 days before departure may receive a partial refund amount.
● Cancellations within 10 days of departure may not be fully refundable at all.
● No refunds for unused services, last-minute sudden cancellations, or no-shows.

● Insurance is highly recommended for medical emergencies and cancellations.
● We do not accept any responsibility for lost items, accidents, or missed flights.

Force Majeure

● We do not accept any responsibility if delays is caused by disasters, strikes, or emergencies.
● We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue.
